Do you want to join our team? Undergraduates at St. Olaf College can apply to be research assistants in the ThINC Lab. Interested students should review our lab manual to learn more and then complete this Google Form to apply.

Erin McKenney
Erin is an Assistant Professor of Psychology at St. Olaf College and Director of the ThINC Lab. She blends her background in neurodiversity-affirming clinical practice with community-engaged research to create meaningful, actionable studies alongside neurodiverse communities.
Amrita Kaur
Amrita Kaur
Amrita is a sophomore psychology major at St. Olaf college, concentrating in neuroscience and gender and sexuality studies. She is passionate about psychology, and hopes to use it to create a more accessible world for neurodivergent individuals. In her free time, she enjoys singing, teaching, and reading about her interests. During summers, she teaches an introduction to psychology class on Schoolhouse.
